The Systems Education Company (SysEdCo) was founded in 1997 by Tom Carpenter. Tom continues to work in the role of Senior Consultant for the organization. The mission of SysEdCo is simple:

The Systems Education Company provides cost-savings to IT groups through training and consulting in the technical and professional development domains.

Every course we develop and every consulting engagement is aimed at helping IT professionals get more done in less time and with less expense. From the automation of Microsoft technologies to the Method 4D project management methodology, the techniques we’ve developed can help any organization run a more valuable IT operation.

The most recent addition to our training programs and conceptual processes is the LEAN IT model. The LEAN IT model helps IT organizations focus on the right things at the right time and in the right way. Using this model, organizations are able to implement new technologies with greater efficiency and accuracy.

The LEAN in LEAN IT stands for Latency, Efficiency, Automation, and Normalization. These four processes, working together rather than sequentially, result in a low cost and high value IT operation.
